The position
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for our Associate Manager Talent Pipeline area supporting LoB across Production and Development (PSQIT), a fast-growing part of our organization. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to drive smooth recruitment processes and align with our core values and diversity & inclusion principles. 

Your responsibilities will include:

-Proactively and continuously working with your recruitment mini team to ensure an effective and robust talent pipeline.
-Identifying and supporting relevant TA opportunities within your area to deliver services with quality, speed, and efficiency.
-Coordinating recruitment efforts and resources, making data-based decisions, and actively participating in the recruitment process.
-Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

-Extensive recruitment experience, driving larger recruitment projects. 
-Experience with the recruitment of leadership positions is a must.
-Competency-based interview (CBI) knowledge is an advantage. 
-Project management skills – to handle multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously.
-Ability to utilize data to understand the business and drive change.
-A relevant academic degree, and proficiency in English.

About the team
You will be joining our pipeline team with 21 fantastic colleagues who are experts in recruiting for specific job categories such as e.g.:  associate managers, process supporters, and engineers. They possess an in-depth understanding of the role requirements, candidate market, and effective recruitment strategies. By leveraging talent pipelines, our team creates efficient and high-quality processes.

About The Department
In Talent Acquisition DK we are approximately 120 recruiters (and still growing). Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 11 000 end-to-end recruitments annually. We have our primary base in Bagsværd. Most of your week, you will find yourself in Bagsværd or at one of the ET sites in Måløv and Høje-Taastrup. There is flexibility to plan your week, as well as to work from home some days.
