Join us and make a significant impact on our talent acquisition and people analytics practices.The RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will dedicate app. 80% of your time to managing end-to-end recruitment processes. You will act as a trusted partner to the business, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Challenging and advising hiring managers on job content, skills, and qualifications to ensure the best fit for the organization.
  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

The remaining app. 20% of your time will be dedicated to people analytics. You will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our Power BI Dashboards across HR. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project managing changes and new developments in our people analytics tools in collaboration with IT.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of HR data and dashboards.
  • Analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.

What Makes You SuccessfulTo thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • The ability to act as a partner to the business and challenge hiring managers to ensure the best recruitment outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and potential experience with people analytics tools, preferably Power BI.
  • A relevant university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A genuine passion for working with people and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
