The team handles recruitment for Junior and Experienced hires (external hires and internal mobility), as well as Campus Recruitment.This role will specifically support the Prime and Alts Alternative Credit departments, which offer a range of investment solutions, including private equity, infrastructure, private debt, hedge funds, and innovative non-traditional credit solutions to meet institutional client needs.DISCOVER Your OpportunityThe Talent Attraction Consultant will work closely with the Head of Talent Attraction on two investment platforms: Prime and Alts Alternative Credit.These departments provide a diverse range of investment solutions, including private equity, infrastructure, private debt, hedge funds, and innovative non-traditional credit solutions, all designed to meet the needs of institutional clients.Under the supervision of the Head of Talent Attraction, the key responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand the specific needs of the business by performing detailed due diligence: reporting lines, organizational structure, job description, skill sets, competencies, and experience requirements.
- Identify the optimal sourcing strategy for each role, including social media, referrals, alumni networks, specialist conferences/events, career sites, job boards or head hunters.
- Efficiently manage the sourcing and recruitment process (publication, sourcing, screening, interviewing) by:
– Building a strong candidate pipeline for each open role, adhering to AXA IM’s guidelines for diverse candidates and interview panels.– Selecting candidates based on skill and competency requirements, as well as cultural and motivational fit.– Using current and best-in-class screening and interviewing techniques while providing exceptional candidate care to ensure a smooth and positive interview experience.– Producing high-quality assessment reports to provide actionable recommendations to the business.
- Discuss the offers and compensation benchmarks, in close collaboration with the Head of Talent Attraction, with the Compensation & Benefits team and the dedicated HRBP.
- Enhance the candidate experience and the visibility of our employer brand by contributing to various HR projects.
- Participate in or lead initiatives to assist the Campus team, including attending career fairs, and help convert our campus talents into permanent roles.
QualificationsQualifications
- Master’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience & Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of proven successful experience in recruiting in Finance/Asset Management.
- The ideal candidate will have a track record of sourcing and recruiting talent for both junior and senior positions either in an executive search agency or in a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in candidate selection and assessment.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Client-focused, results-oriented, and committed to ensure satisfaction for both Hiring Managers and candidates.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand and align with expectations.
- Proficient in using HRIS tools and leveraging social media platforms for recruitment.
