As the Talent Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent landscape, directly reporting to the HR Director. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic initiatives related to talent acquisition, development, training, and overall organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:
π Drive Talent Strategies Aligned with Organizational Goals: Ensure that talent initiatives are strategically aligned, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives and growth.
π Craft Comprehensive Talent Development Plans: Take charge of talent acquisition, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and overall talent development. Oversee performance reviews and salary processes, ensuring effective talent management.
π€ Be a Strategic Partner: Act as a strategic advisor, providing guidance, coaching, and leadership development to enhance organizational talent capabilities.
π Lead Workforce Planning and Organization Development: Contribute to workforce planning, providing support for mergers and acquisitions, and participating in organization development efforts that align with business goals.
β¨ Foster Employee Engagement and Inclusivity: Advocate for a culture of engagement, inclusivity, diversity, and equity, creating an environment where every individual can thrive.
π Navigate Change Management, Culture, and Communication: Lead change management efforts, ensuring effective communication during periods of transition.
π Oversee Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Direct the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless integration of new hires and contributing to achieving organizational talent goals.
πͺ Promote Health and Wellbeing: Provide strategic advice on the entire talent lifecycle, with a focus on promoting health and wellbeing for our team.
π₯ Implement Annual Talent Development Plans: Proactively manage talent development needs at both strategic and operational levels, aligning with individual and business requirements.Qualifications:
π Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.
π Experience in this role.
π£οΈ Proficiency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication.
