We are looking for a Talent Operations Advisor – Payroll Expert who is well organized, client-oriented and meticulous to join our Payroll team, based in our office in Braine-L’Alleud, Belgium.

About the role

In strong collaboration with the Payroll Leads, you are supporting the monthly payroll closings within fixed monthly deadlines as well support expert processes (warrant plan, 13th month, holiday pay, LTI…).  You ensure that the payroll is accurate and that all statutory reporting requirements are met for payroll taxes & social security.

Who you’ll work with

You’ll join a team of 3 people in a department with a strong teamspirit where you can count on
each other. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your expertise in a global and high complex 
environment.

What you’ll do

-Support monthly payrolls. This includes revision/loads of data provided by HR / third parties for accuracy, updating payroll system to reflect changes, complete list of all predefined controls & report deviations, reconciling calculated payroll against previous month and act upon deviations and ensure completion reconciliation checks prior to approval of payroll.
-Continually perform data audits & controls on a predefined schedule
-Ensure monthly loads time data into eBlox (Protime, company cars, …)
-Prepare & execute special payroll runs (vesting, 13th month, holiday allowance, warrant plan…): prepare calculation, loads, proper controls, reconciliation checks prior to approval of payroll.
-Ensure a correct time management
-Back up for payroll leads during absence
-Provide accurate reports as requested by the business (cost reporting example)
 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

-A degree in Human Resources or experience equivalent
-Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll
-Excellent French & English verbal and written communication.
-Super user Excel
-Experience working with HR software (such as Successfactors, eBlox, Protime)
-Good understanding of HR Operations (i.e. payroll, HRIS, benefit administration, etc.)
