Position overview
We are looking for a Travel & Expense Analyst to manage corporate travel and purchasing card programs globally, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will act as the key liaison between the company and our corporate credit card provider while driving process improvements and automation. Responsibilities
-Manage Concur Expense System and administer corporate HSBC Travel & Purchasing Card Program.
-Oversee travel booking platform user accounts and support travelers with card-related inquiries.
-Perform weekly expense report processing, control checks, and internal audits for policy compliance.
-Generate monthly reconciliations for T&E accounts, work with macros files, analyze the spend per entity, prepare financial reports for stakeholders
-Perform monthly HSBC statement posting in SAP
-Support internal and external audits related to travel and expense activities.
-Handle employee inquiries and ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
-Drive process improvements, automation projects, and policy updates to enhance efficiency.
Required skills and experience
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
-Minimum 2 years in T&E, finance, or data analysis.
-Advanced MS Excel (data analysis, visualization, pivots, formulas).
-Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
-Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
-Upper-intermediate English (written & spoken), with a professional and positive approach.
-Detail-oriented, policy-compliant, and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
-Experience in process optimization and automation is an advantage.
