What you’ll be doing:

 

This role sits at the heart of the division providing essential high-level support to the CFO and FLAG leadership team, which includes coordination, scheduling and project support, to underpin management operational and advisory services which, in turn, enable Oxfam and its people to deliver impact in the poorest parts of the world.

 

You’ll have:

An ideal candidate for the role will also have/be:

 

  • Administrative experience, including developing, maintaining and improving administrative systems.
  • Ability to produce engaging written and verbal communications for a staff audience; strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Aptitude for using systems, including those used for effective communications, office and knowledge management
  • Prioritisation skills and ability to respond to changing demands
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Proactive self-starter who has a flexible, solutions-focused approach.
