  • Location: North Dublin
  • Salary: 55k with benefits

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Purchased Material Inspection (PMI) team, ensuring daily output targets are met in a low-volume, high-complexity, and highly regulated medical device environment.
  • Oversee inspection activities for component and mechatronic parts to support manufacturing.
  • Manage First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), lot inspections, visual and measurement testing, and disposition of defective products.
  • Take ownership of stock purges, ensuring timely resolution to minimize manufacturing disruptions.
  • Drive performance and output KPIs, acting as the first escalation point for issues and ensuring swift resolution.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and results-oriented collaboration, implementing effective schedules, processes, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and implement solutions to process challenges, maintaining high standards of quality and manufacturing excellence.

Your Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience leading a team in a regulated environment.
  • Degree (QQI Level 6) in Quality Management, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of quality inspection processes and problem-solving in a dynamic setting with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing techniques and process controls, with a results-driven approach to meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams and supply chains, including supplier engagement.

Your Skills & Attributes:

  • Expertise in inspection methodologies,
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to drive daily team performance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and execute solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
