Our engineers work on new challenges that can change the future of automotive.Tasks / FeladatokRegularly plans and tracks the tasks in the managed team
Provides professional lead and supports technical decision-making in the team
Enforces the relevant development processes in the team
Participates and cooperates in process development with the process responsible
Facilitates the (management/subordinates) information flow between management and subordinates
Provides management and technical support for starting projects, takes part in the initial planning of resource requirements and time schedule
Creates and executes training plan together with the Resource Manager
Evaluates the work of the team members, conducts performance appraisals and participates in defining improvement goals of team members
Supports the definition of regular or extra salary increase and bonuses
Supports the Resource Manager in tracking working time and holidays of team members
Maintains a risk register, reports the potential deadline violations as early as possible
Tracking team members’ competenciesRequirements / ElvárásokBsc or Msc degree or equivalent experience in the field of work of the team
5 or more years of practical experience in Agile Project Management / Scrum Master which out of those, 1 year to have team management involved
Agile / Scrum Master certifications
Automotive industry knowledge is a huge plus
Good command of English
Conflict resolution skills
Good communication skills
Project management skills: time plans and resource plans, tracking
