We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.This is a permanent, fulltime position of 37 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday.The postholder will be expected to provide the day to day comprehensive, confidential, and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the multidisciplinary staff within the Adult Eating Disorders Service/Specialist Services. Duties will include telephone enquiries from all staff groups in the NHS, patients, relatives, carers and external agencies and the management of outpatient clinics. You will be expected to direct and prioritise queries as appropriate, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
