We are transitioning from legacy technology to innovative solutions, all while achieving our business goals.The Markets Post Trade Services Tribe includes approximately 140 talented individuals across Vilnius (LT), Bangalore (IN), Copenhagen (DK), and Aarhus (DK). Our tribe leadership consists of a Tribe Lead, an IT Lead and a Tribe Coach, and in addition we also have a Tribe Architect. We have 14 squads each responsible for their own domain and led by a Product Owner and Tech Lead.We are vital to Danske Bank’s capability to offer trade services that support our customers in managing the life cycle of financial markets transactions.Our vision is to have each back-office process function as an independent business service, providing an attractive, resilient, and efficient platform. These services, built on microservices architecture, will expose APIs that connect various business domains.We know it’s a significant challenge, but with the right team, anything is possible!You’ll be part of a global team that values inclusivity and support, working in an environment that embraces agile methodologies through daily scrums, retrospectives, demos, and planning sessions. You will report to the IT Lead.In this role, you will:
- Guide the squad’s technical projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Work very closely with the Product Owner as well as business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Embrace ownership and accountability for the squad’s systems.
- Lead the development journey, from planning to execution.
- Develop and maintain plans to ensure our systems are future-ready.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Participate actively in our agile practices and contribute towards achieving team goals.
About you:
- Experienced in cloud technologies and leading diverse technical teams.
- Adept at designing optimised, scalable solutions with a sound understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills.
- Capable of taking initiative and driving projects to successful completion.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining technical roadmaps.
- Problem solver with a positive and proactive approach.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Have at least 7 years of experience as a C# developer.
- Committed to ongoing learning and self-improvement.
- If you have experience in HR management it a plus but not a pre-requisite
