Job Description:Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service in the security industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries related to products and services, providing expert guidance for installation and troubleshooting, and coordinating with specialized teams for complex issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Description
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries about products or services.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or online chat, responding promptly and efficiently to technical support requests.
- Utilize technical expertise to guide customers in product installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with expert teams for complex issues, ensuring thorough follow-up until resolution.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English, with at least one additional language (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese) preferred.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn, with clear thinking and self-motivation to enhance technical skills.
- Related knowledge of networking and video surveillance is not a must but it’s a plus.
- Experience in the security industry or call centers is preferred.
