As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) you will prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers, communicate with cross-functional teams such as Product and Tech in order to understand customer’s challenges with proper context, and provide guidance and support they need to be successful with Mews. This ranges from reactively enhancing utilisation of the various Products adopted by the customer, to proactively making recommendations to make use of additional features, modules, and products driving Customer Lifetime Value. As a TAM, you will be partnered with a Customer Success Manager (CSM) and have an assigned book of business to support together.✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Support customers, acting as the resource on product and technical knowledge, helping resolve customer’s challenges
- Proactively offer product insights and solutions to issues and implement either manual or automated solutions that best suit customer’s needs
- Create client-facing presentations with product demonstrations and proposed solutions for technical complaints or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, and assist in researching and developing appropriate solutions with customers
- Partner with your CSM in building strong relationships with customers; participate in all customer-facing meetings such as Customer
- Success Planning sessions, workshops and/or Business Reviews
- Utilize every opportunity and experience to create a customer for life; own the escalation point for any technical issues impacting the customer’s experience
- Look for opportunities to offer additional services or functionalities to further enhance the customer’s experience
- Liaise with internal teams, including but not limited to Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, Tech, and Sales

- Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or other relevant role within the Hospitality Tech space
- Fluent in Dutch
- Understanding of and experience working with API integrations, with the ability to read and understand these, specifically the communication between systems, and lines of code
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with hospitality software
- Experience delivering customer-facing solutions aligned with customer’s goals and objectives
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong empathy, organization, communication, and presentation skills
