This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis.

 

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and talented Technical Analyst to deliver best-in-class Customer Engagement Systems. You will primarily be working on systems that our staff use to assist our customers. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial.  

Key Responsibilities Include:

-Define and document business processes and requirements through collaborative stakeholder / staff engagement and workshop facilitation.
-Interpret and translate requirements into viable solutions, implementing system changes in a highly collaborative fashion, with tangible business benefits.
-Manage system change requests.
-Support the software delivery process end-to-end.
-Document procedures, communications and training materials.
-Facilitate Train the Trainer or Training sessions.
-Manage assigned projects and adhere to agile delivery standards.
 

 

What you will bring:

-A good understanding of process, systems and data concepts.
-A proven track record in demonstrating a systematic, disciplined, and analytical and customer focused approach to problem solving.
-A good communicator, comfortable interacting with people at various levels across business and IT functions.
-Can work as a motivated self-starter who can work with limited supervision, with ability to work in a changing and challenging environment, with a record of producing high quality business analysis deliverables.
-Proven academic record (Business and/or IT), with 3+ years’ experience working in a customer focused environment and/or financial services.
