Description & RequirementsWho we are looking forBusiness Analyst Consultant Skills:

• Collaborate with development teams and manage the backlog.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, particularly in taxation.

• Assist in client facing projects.

• Conduct requirement sessions and communicate with stakeholders.

• Develop testing strategies and engage in Scrum processes.

Technical and Support Specialist Skills:

• Experience with IT system integrations and support.

• Operate Windows Server; manage software updates and troubleshooting.

• Understand virtual environments and basic networking.

• Handle firewall requests and Microsoft setups (Azure, Windows, IIS, SQL).

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Degree in IT-related fields; 3 years in multinational business analysis.

• Strong financial background; application support experience.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle.

• Agile team experience; fluent in English and Hungarian.

Preferred but not Required:

• Tax knowledge; Jira and CI/CD experience.

• LEAN, SCRUM, Kanban familiarity; ISTQB certificate.

• CCBA certification; software development or automation skills.

• Project management and UX/UI design expertise.

• Advanced virtual and networking understanding; Microsoft setup proficiency.

• assist the Team Lead in managing client projects, initiatives and strategy
• build products that our customers love
• deeply understand, analyze and gather business requirements in the field of taxation
• demonstrate exceptional requirement gathering techniques
• design, conduct and facilitate requirements sessions
• experience in technical system integrations
• work in team and bring thought leadership to bear in order to identify root cause of the issue
• communicate with client stakeholders, internal tax advisors and technology team members to understand and specify business needs or regulatory changes
• supervise business analysts’ work and coach them on analyst techniques during the projects
• work closely with development team members and answer their questions to clarify the requirements
• prioritize PBIs and maintain the backlog based on the current business needs
• develop test strategy, scenarios and cases for SIT & UAT
• proactively participate in all phases of the scrum process
• be agile
