Business Analyst (Technical) – Privileged Access ManagementWe are looking for experienced Business Analysts with a strong technical background to join a large-scale transformation program in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM). The project focuses on modernizing solutions in authentication, federation, privileged access management, secrets management, and API security.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define and map use cases.
• Design and optimize processes to ensure efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Document and map processes comprehensively.
• Engage with stakeholders in a global environment.
• Deliver outcomes on time and according to expectations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies.
• Knowledge and experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel and Visio.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive and collaborative team player.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with global teams.
• Familiarity with processes and standards of large financial organizations.
