Candidate Profile
We seek candidates with a strong technical background and a passion for leadership. While you may not meet every requirement, your enthusiasm for innovation and collaboration will set you apart.Key qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience leading teams in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
  • Hold or open to Security Clearance
  • Proficiency in Java and expertise in scalable system design.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Practical experience with modern tools and practices including CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
