We are seeking a B7 Technical Logistics & Facilities Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills to join our team at UCB, based at our campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Brabant Wallon, Belgium.

About the role

The B7 Technical Logistics & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics and facilities of the B7 building. They will ensure that B7 is well-maintained and that all equipment is in good working order. They will also oversee the movement of goods and materials from one location to another, ensuring that they are delivered on time, in good condition, and well-established.

Who you will work with

You will be part of a dedicated team, working closely with various departments to ensure efficient logistics and facility management.

What you will do

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all necessary equipment is available when needed.

• Develop and implement logistics plans and procedures.

• Ensure that all shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.

• Maintain inventory records and adjust when necessary.

• Coordinate with other departments within the organization to arrange for shipping and installation.

• Manage the maintenance and repair of all company facilities.

• Ensure that the B7 facility complies with regulations.

• Ensure compliance with the budget for B7 logistics and facilities.

• Ensure that all employees are trained on logistics and facilities procedures.

• Ensure B7 EHS compliance.

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Logistic knowledge (Supply flows).

• Experience with SAP.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Knowledge of GMP.

• Personality is key; can compensate for a lack of logistics knowledge.

• Good skills in planning, prioritization, and organization.

• Excellent communication skills in French and English.

• Proficiency in Excel and the MS Office pack.

• Problem-solving oriented and proactive in proposing solutions.

• Team player and eager to work with numerous different stakeholders
