Job description

• Regional implementation of department’s operating plans in area of technical maintenance
• Supporting planning and estimating budgets for technical maintenance duties and managing other special projects, implemented by Technical Maintenance Department.
• Managing Technical Maintenance Department’s internal processes, according to agreed budgets, schedules and quality requirements
• Supervision of premises and equipment technical condition, repairs and refurbishments assessment
• Supervision of correct preparation and implementation of maintenance and reconstruction works in LPP stores
• Managing work of local Technical Maintenance Team
• Local Technical Maintenance Team active development supporting
• Proposing and planning of trainings for employees (soft and hard skills)
• employees periodical assessments managing
• Providing of external resources, necessary for duties implementation
• Market ongoing monitoring in area of materials and service prices
• Managing the process of verifying and concluding contracts and tenders
• Supervising implementation process of signed contracts with external suppliers
• Ongoing controlling of planned Technical Maintenance Dept. budgets
• Managing the process of handovers and revisions
• Technical and as built documentation supervision
• Ongoing cooperation with Country Manager, Sales Departments, Lease Department, Regional Investment Manager and external partners in agreed scopes
• Representing LPP Company in relations to local authorities, media suppliers, shopping malls etc. in scope of given responsibilities
• SINGU FM system management and development
• Supporting of media consumption costs optimization processes
• Managing the tasks connected with sustainable development report data acquisition
• Ongoing reporting of tasks and targets execution to dedicated supervisors.

• Proven track record in technical maintenance field
• Professional English knowledge
• “B” category driving license
• Flexibility and good organizational skills
