Our Partner is a growing startup with passion for utilizing cutting edge technologies in environmental technology, using 4D Digital Twinning, laser scanning, and AI to help cities manage green spaces efficiently.We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Technical Program Manager to transforms the strategic IT vision into execution. You’ll be a key player in defining and operating the core IT processes, methodology and platforms, as well as the project portfolio. In addition you will drive selected core projects. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and software delivery in an state-of-the-art tech environment.Engineering methodology, processes and tools – Design, own, and continuously optimize our end-to-end development lifecycle – from source control to CI/CD, issue tracking, and deployment workflows. Act as the go-to for engineering process excellence.Strategic IT Initiatives – Drive cross-functional tech programs and cloud transformation projects across the organization. Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering leads to align delivery with company goals.Project Portfolio & Technical Roadmapping – Lead the company-wide IT and engineering project portfolio with full visibility into status, prioritization, and risk. Ensure high alignment across parallel initiatives.Transparency & Predictability – Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to give stakeholders a real-time view into progress, velocity, and quality.Elvárások / RequirementsTrack Record of Program Ownership – 5+ years of experience managing complex engineering or IT projects and project portfolios in high-velocity tech environments. You’re comfortable owning multiple streams of technical delivery.Deep Familiarity with Modern Engineering Practices – You know your way around classic and Agile methodology (and its practical limitations), CI/CD, GitHub and similar tools.Cloud-Native Mindset – You’ve led initiatives on public cloud platforms — ideally Azure — and understand the strategic, architectural, and operational implications of cloud-native engineering.Outstanding Communication & Leadership Skills – You translate between execs and engineers without losing signal. You get buy-in through clarity and can rally distributed teams around a common goal. You are comfortable in an English speaking, international environment.Resilience in Ambiguity – Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments where the roadmap is dynamic and iteration is essential.We value if you have:You’ve Written Production Code – Hands-on development background (Python, C++, etc.) — not necessarily recent, but you’ve developed software and know what “clean code” and “good architecture” look like.Experience in Remote Sensing or 3D Geospatial Systems – Photogrammetry, point cloud processing, LiDAR — we work with rich spatial datasets and are pushing boundaries in 3D mapping and urban digitization.Cloud Transformation Leadership – You’ve led or supported large-scale cloud migration or modernization projects — and know the technical and human factors that make or break them.Amit nyújtunk / BenefitsAn exciting and diverse role in an innovative and future-oriented company.
