  • Supervision of operation of the managed assets
  • Monitor the fulfillment of third party contractors’ contractual obligations to ensure smooth operation, repair, and compliance with H&S, fire and environmental regulation
  • Cooperate in proper handovers of the leased areas from or to subcontractors/tenants
  • Ensure smooth and continuous operation of the managed real estate assets
  • Follow-up of expenditures and fulfillment with direct reporting to the client and/or for internal use
  • Preparing annual opex and capex budget
  • Liaison with tenants to manage their ongoing operational management and technical requests & complaints, repairs and other maintenance activities
  • Cooperate with other external consultants appointed by the client including engineers, architects, designers, fire and energy experts, insurers, environmental advisers etc.
  • Cooperate with financial controller
  • Management, motivation and development of technicians, supporting their work and carrying out their regular evaluation
  • Guarantee management of the managed assets

  • Technical degree (mechanical or electrical engineer)
  • Native level of Hungarian and fluent English knowledge both written and oral
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Management and administration of commercial property (offices, shopping centers, logistics) i.e. repairs and maintenance, capex, subcontractors, client reporting, invoice approval
  • Understanding of commercial leases and service charge structures
