Job description
Duties – Deliver Excellence: Ensure seamless technical service delivery, managing s tatutory compliance, KPIs, and SLAs while dr! iving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Lead and Inspire: Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Client Collaboration: Manage client relationships with transparency and alignment, attending meetings, offering expert advice, and identifying growth opportunities. Project Ownership: Oversee reactive maintenance, contractor management, and project work – from surveys to budgeting – ensuring quality and compliance at every step. Innovate and Optimise: Leverage IoT and advanced building systems to enhance service delivery and streamline operations. Experience: 10+ years in facilities maintenance and contract management with strong mechanical, HVAC, BMS and electrical knowledge. Technical Expe! rtise: Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services with a solid track record in managing technical services and delivering projects in compliance with PDSM regulations. Safety First: A focus on maintaining safe and compliant practices across all activities. Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams, drive performance, and manage change in dynamic environments. Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, can-do attitude with strong decision-making skills and a customer-focused approach. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CMMS / CAFM, BIM and Energy Management platform systems, MS Office, and modern smart office technologies with an eye for innovation.
