- Providing telephone services support to customers.
- Recognizing and solving technical issues.
- Granting information regarding products and their functionality.
- Submitting reports into the system.
Expectations:
- Excellent fluency in Romanian (C1).
- Decent fleuncy in English (B1/B2).
- Communicativeness and willingness to work with customers.
Offer:
- On-site (after 6 months – remote)
- Contract of mandate
- Monday – Friday / 8:00 – 17:00
- Minimal disposition of 120 hours in a month.
