WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUTIntegration and enhancement of our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across both Wholesale and Franchise channels.
Oversee day-to-day operations and support the growth and development of the franchise network. Developing and testing new franchise business ideas, launching growth franchises, and opening profitable franchise stores. Collaborating with Franchisees and HO Functions to enhance franchise business performance, support franchise store operations, and expand the franchise network.

• Serving as the first point of contact for IT system integration, installation, and operation, and delivering effective IT systems to Franchisees.
• Maintaining core systems and promoting network changes based on the business plan.
• Ensuring system security and smooth operation of routine IT activities with a high SLA for issue management.
• Collaborating with Franchisees and HO Functions to improve business performance, share learnings, and embed best practices.
• Supporting and developing store operations for smooth daily functioning and network expansion, including opening new stores.
• Collaborating with CE stakeholders to develop, test, and implement new business ideas and ensure profitability and strategic goal achievement.
• Expanding the network with a deep understanding of the market and developing the business brand, proposition, range, and operational model.
• Ensuring alignment and support across all functions within the Tesco business.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Higher education
• 3-4 years of relevant working experience
• Intermediate level of English knowledge
• Experience in system integration
• User knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical skills
• Proactive approach
• Ability to perform well under pressure
