The Role:

Oxfam Great Britain is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to work within the development team to support the delivery of complex and bespoke enterprise cloud solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your testing expertise to a well-established, friendly, and supportive agile team who are looking to improve and expand test automation.

 

You will be responsible for leading on both manual and automated testing, with the aim of reduction of manual testing. In addition, you will bring your experience of Load and Performance testing to enable the team to improve and develop capacity in these areas. You will monitor the effectiveness of the testing function overall, suggesting and implementing improvements.

 

You will work with the team offering coaching in your areas of expertise and you will have an open mindset with willingness to improve your own knowledge of tools/scripting as required.

 

You will be working as part of the agile development team on a varied set of high capacity and high availability solutions within modern cloud architecture (iPaaS). You will work both within your team and alongside the wider Oxfam Design, IS and Digital teams to balance functional and non-functional deliveries.
