Join our passionate journey and fulfil your potential and creativity.We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel who will join our dynamic team based in Milan.Job DescriptionYour opportunityThe Mall Luxury Outlets is a Kering company whose core business is to build and operate luxury fashion outlet villages where we offer to our guests not just shopping services, but a 360-degree beauty experience.The lush, green hills of the Tuscan countryside provide a picturesque setting for The Mall Firenze, while the flowered Ligurian hills, are the backdrop for The Mall Sanremo. The Mall Firenze and The Mall Sanremo offer to all our guests to experience of beauty in all its forms that goes beyond the classic concept of shopping.Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will support the legal team in counselling and addressing legal topics and tasks of The Mall Luxury Outlets legal entities, such as – but not limited to – commercial agreements, privacy, supply and services agreements, regulatory matters and legal trials.How you will contributeSupport the team in providing high quality legal advisory to all the company functions to best address strategic choicesParticipate and give assistance in drafting and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers and partners including supply and services agreements, confidentiality agreements, leasing agreement and any other commercial or non-commercial agreementSupport in the coordination of all non-business stakeholders for the formalization of agreements or legal documents, such as internal functions, shared services (e.g. tax, construction, health & safety, HR, etc.) or external consultantsReview contracts, policies and other legal documents from clients and other third parties, ensuring compliance with the internal policies and mandatory regulationsSupport business units in managing contractual claims or legal trials and related topicsSupport the marketing and business development departments in developing projects and liase with external legal consultantsWho you areA legal expert with 4+ years of experience in an international law firm or corporation with focus on the business law area; former background in managing legal matters relating to shopping malls is a plusExpert with a strong attention to details and high level of confidentialityYou have structured approach, project management skills and ability to prioritizePassionate, flexible individual with a proactive approach and willingness to learnFluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenWhy work with us?This is an excellent opportunity to join The Mall Luxury Outlets adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a Luxury fashion environment that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
