• Lead the local medical strategy in alignment with global goals
• Oversee clinical trials, scientific projects, and medical information
• Build strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals
• Guide and support Medical Managers and MSLs
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards, and Ipsen SOPs

What We’re Looking For:

• Medical or scientific degree
• Proven experience in Medical Affairs (oncology preferred)
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluency in English and Italian
