Skawina’s engine cooling plant is the largest and oldest Valeo site in Poland. The plant designs and manufactures the latest generation of innovative heat exchangers, i.e., engine coolers, oil coolers, air turbocharger coolers, air-conditioning and complete engine cooling systems (cooling modules), which in addition to their basic functions allow to reduce fuel consumption and emissions of harmful substances including carbon dioxide.Currently for our entity Valeo Thermal Systems in Skawina we recruit Thermal Systems Engineer.Your tasks would be:Analysis of internal requirements and customer specifications for AC loop and Heat Pump systems and its components, ensuring compliance with project goals and performance standards;Ordering 1D system simulations and defining components specification based on results;Creating validation plans, participating in tests execution at laboratory, analysing results on both system and component level;Review and approval of supplier component validation plans and results;Being technical interface with customers and suppliers by offering technical expertise and ensuring efficient communication;Supporting problem solving in different development issues related to thermodynamics;Close cooperation with your contributors – simulation and laboratory department and with your counterparts in project teams – mechanical, electrical engineers, etc.Join our team if you:Have a Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning or similar area;Have strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics principles;Have 1-2 years of professional experience in related area or just graduated from university with proven track record;Are familiar with LabVIEW (recommended) or MATLAB (optional);Speak fluent English;Are a hands-on engineer willing to work with laboratory equipment;Like to take the initiative and can self-organise your work;Can find yourself both in multinational interdisciplinary teams and work single-handedly;Have analytical and problem solving skills.We can offer you:Employment in an international production company with high quality standards of work, a leading multinational hightech automotive supplier;Attractive working conditions and benefits: possibility to work remotely, participation in internal and external trainings, subsidies for MyBenefit cafeteria (including Multisport card), additional health and life insurance, private medical care (Medicover), Employee Retirement Program (PPE) and other social benefits.Valeo works to promote diversity in all its forms (gender, disability, social and cultural, generational) through local policies and actions, mentoring and training programs, networks and partnerships.Join us!Job: Product Technical Leader, R&D Team Leader/ArchitectOrganization: Site P1 R&DSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Permanent contractJob Posting Date: 2025-03-12Join Us !
