- Analysis of data, contacting clients
- Support the local Korn Ferry consultants in reward related professional tasks
- Support the annual salary survey process
- Technical support for clients regarding the pay database platform, diagnosing customer queries
You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with other international offices.What We Ask
- You are a fresh university graduates or student,
- You should be able to work 30 or 40 hours a week.
- You should be naturally curious and keen to use your analytical, problem-solving skills to generate creative solutions to client challenges.
- You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
- Fluent Hungarian and English skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of the team as well as independently
