We are currently working on behalf of a highly respected and well-established town planning consultancy, renowned for delivering planning approvals for complex and high-profile developments across Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking ambitious Town Planners and Senior Town Planners to join their dynamic team based in Dublin city centre.

About the Roles
As a Planner or Senior Planner, you will play a key role in a range of exciting and challenging projects, including:

Large-scale residential and mixed-use developments
*

Urban regeneration strategies
*

Infrastructure and renewable energy schemes
*

Masterplans and statutory plan submissions
*

Commercial, industrial, and data centre projects

You’ll work with a diverse client base, including leading Irish and international firms, within a supportive consultancy that values innovation, quality, and client success.

Key Requirements

Accredited postgraduate degree in Town Planning (IPI and/or RTPI accredited)
*

Full membership or eligibility for membership of the IPI and/or RTPI
*

For senior roles, demonstrable experience in managing planning applications, appeals, submissions, and EIA Reports
*

Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects is highly desirable
*

Excellent report writing, communication, and analytical skills
*

Strong time management and organisational abilities
*

Commercial awareness and a proactive, results-driven mindset
