Join our Order to Cash Department and became a part of one of four experienced credit control teams, shaping ARLA’s effective cash flow. We are the guardians of the credit policy and ARLA’s receivables by taking care of our customers and delivering professional and efficient service to all of our stakeholders. Besides ensuring business transactions are properly accounted, we gain experience within international environment, develop our skills, try new solutions and contribute to various projects beyond our regular responsibilities.Trainee Order to Cash – Swedish SpeakerMiejsce pracy: GdańskHow you will make an impactTrainee in Order to Cash is involved in below activities to achieve financial goals:

• Registering and resolving disputes and queries from customer
• Help in booking of incoming and outgoing payments
• Support for the team members in following up on outstanding debts
• Other responsibilities as assigned by TL

What will make you successful:

• An academic degree or currently pursuing one (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field)
• Very good command of English and at least B2 level proficiency in Swedish
• Strong attention to detail
• A customer-focused and team-oriented mindset
• A proactive, can-do attitude
