Training & Education Manager – Implant Specialist – Neuromodulation
Our client presents a unique opportunity in Walloon Brabant, Belgium for a talented Training & Education Manager to join their pivotal stage medical device company. With a treasure trove of research awaiting, this role offers the chance for a true scientist to optimise therapy for patient treatment, working closely with a specialised team of professionals in uncharted territory.
You will be part of a team of 3 others, each bringing a wealth of diverse backgrounds and experiences to share knowledge and learn from in another therapeutic area, as the company continues to grow and offers promising promotion prospects.

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for all internal and external training and education related activities
– Assist in conducting comprehensive needs assessments and determine subsequent training and development
– Searches for gaps, performs interviews and consultation surveys with management to analyse training needs
– On-board new hires and assign them to training sessions
– Interoperative implant case support as part of surgeon and/or field expert training plan
Requirements:
– Experience in Training and Education, particularly in the field of sleep medicine
– Proficient in creating and delivering training content tailored for therapeutic settings
– Ability to travel up to 50% and fluency in Dutch and English
