Our operations are growing in Hungary and with big ambitions and a clear vision for the future, now is the time to join our team as a Training Operations Manager.What we offer:Competitive compensationAttractive benefits (security, flexibility, support and well-being)Engaging employee programsRemote/Hybrid WorkingOTP Szép CardExcellent Learning & Development / Career Progression OpportunitiesWhat you’ll be doingOur Training Operations Managers play a critical role at Clario in facilitating the setup, delivery, and management of end to end training services for the studies we support and have responsibilities for:Managing training operations projects across all Clario product/service linesLeading client meetings or attending with other operational teams to present company services and gather client/study requirementsDeveloping, reviewing & finalizing training plans & delivery schedules with client’s internal Education Specialists and coordinating the assignment of Team resources with department managers.Update project management tool with resource assignments and communicate assignments to assigned project manager.Coordinate timelines within the Education team, maintain deliverable schedulesIdentify potential risks to project milestones, communicate to assigned project managers & escalate as appropriateManage the deployment of eLearning curriculums for assigned studies as defined by standard work instruction.Manage the deployment of Instructor-led training via the Learning Management System as defined by standard work instruction.Addressing project related issues, ensuring timely resolution to escalations and maintain tracking documentation to monitor progressAssist with training new members of the Training Operations teamLeading/contributing to key process improvement initiatives across the Training Operations team.What we look forBSc, MSc, PhD in a relevant subject related to the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Science industry is desirableExperience in managing client relationships across all professional levelsExcellent attention to detail, and strong organization & time-management skills with the ability prioritize tasks & manage workloadsStrong Creative and problem solving skills that can be implemented into internal improvement projects to enhance the delivery of services & meet the learning & education needs of clients.Effective verbal and written communication skills (English language)A passion for Client Education and trainingExperience working within the Clinical Research / Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry is highly desirableWe are open to applicants from all professional backgrounds but 2+ years’ experience working in Training Operations Management / in Project Management focused position (Project Associate / Project Coordinator / Associate Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager or similar) or a Clinical Research focused position (Clinical Research Associate / Study Coordinator or similar) is highly desirableAt Clario, we put people first, always.
