We are looking for a Training Partner to join our Emerging Technologies (ET) Training Team in Novo Nordisk. If you are proactive, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy driving strategic projects, then read on and apply today for a life-changing career.This role is currently located in Måløv (Please note that our department will be relocating to new office buildings in Taastrup by September 2024).The positionAs Training Partner, you will be responsible to help us achieve our strategic target of ensuring “Fast Time to Skill” of our new employees across Emerging Technologies. To do this you will work closely with HR Business Partners, global training organization, local training teams and your colleagues in ET Training as well as ensuring an involvement of local management and employees. In addition, you will both look inside and outside of Novo Nordisk to find best practice solutions.You will:Manage, coordinate, facilitate, execute, and follow-up on improvement projects regarding onboarding and training.Develop and implement a visual management system in collaboration with global training and HR Business Partnering.Drive gap analysis and projects in the local Corporate Vice President (CVP) strategy houses.Collaborate with local training organizations to develop necessary tools and drive anchoring in the line of business.Collaborating on strategic training projects and priorities will be at the core of your responsibilities, ensuring seamless resource allocation and alignment with local training teams and managers.The role entails collaborating with key stakeholders across various geographic locations, including Durham and Boston in the US, Athlone in Ireland, and potentially other domestic and international sites, with an expectation of commuting between Danish-based sites.QualificationsYou will be a great asset to our team because you have the following qualifications:Relevant academic degree and full professional proficiency in English.Extensive experience in training and onboarding from global organisations, including effective training, user experience, and achieving business benefits through training.Strong knowledge of project management, including defining targets, planning, execution, communication, and follow-up.Proactive and excellent communication skills at all levels.Experience in strategy execution.We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives in dynamic environments. We value self-driven individuals who can take initiative and navigate complex situations with confidence.About the departmentThe Emerging Technologies (ET) department is organizationally placed in Product Supply, Quality & IT. With over 2000 dedicated employees in Maaloev, Durham, Ireland, and growing, we are at the forefront of technology, systems, and processes. As part of the ET Training Team, you will join the “Strategy & Operational Excellence” department, working closely with line of business and supporting local managers and training supporters. Our team consists of 9 passionate colleagues and we work closely with our the LEAN, Quality Management, Sustainability and Health & Safety teams in our department.
