Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the single point of contact for divisional transformation programmes
- Managing interdependencies and supporting complex problem-solving
- Enabling delivery of strategic change initiatives across divisions and functions
- Providing in-depth analysis of the enterprise portfolio and facilitating decision-making
- Creating a comprehensive view of business-wide change initiatives
- Supporting programme and project managers with change management coaching and tools
- Leading post-investment reviews and future demand planning
- Enhancing change management frameworks and upskilling executive sponsors
- Ensuring accurate data in portfolio management tools
- Managing small projects within the Transformation Office as needed

- Willingness to travel across European and UK business locations
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
