Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionYour opportunityThe T&E Compliance Analyst role is responsible for working with Roche employees all over the EMEA region in order to perform the Travel & Expense activities.
Everyday tasks are covering: claim processing, T&E compliance related ticket handling, checking all expense claims to be part of the payment against the local T&E policies and taking care of the financial posting fails. In this role you will focus on:Assessing compliance of employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company’s Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirementsVerifying T&E expense claims from VAT point of viewHandling data integration between SAP Concur and relevant ERP systemClearly documenting all compliance assessment (i.e assessment results) activities in SAP Concur during claim processingActively and thoroughly working on avoiding potential financial fraud to appear in the company through T&E claimsCreating and maintaining internal process documentation to address updates to the compliance monitoring processCollaborating with other T&E related teams and Roche affiliatesWho you areWe are seeking an individual with:Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance/ Economics)0-2 years of experience in relevant field (preferably in any finance or compliance related position)Fluency in English and in ArabicStrong analytical skills and compliance mindsetGood change managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGrowth mindset and customer focusIn exchange we provide you with:Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
