Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remoteLet us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland – a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY.The opportunityGDS Poland Travel Team has been created to support internal clients on travel related queries. As the entity is growing, we are looking for someone to establish Meeting & Event support process additionally to the existing Travel support and continue to provide high quality and exceptional services. Travel & Event Support Supervisor will work with the existing team and in cooperation with internal services, leaders and the procurement team.Your key responsibilitiesProductive tasks:To establish end-to-end organization for events in GDS PolandTo supervise and coordinate events with full ownership and accountabilityTo make sure that all concerned parties are properly involved in the eventIn cooperation with event procurement team and existing events referenced providers, to build end to end process and scenarios for employees to organize offsite eventsTo ensure that processes comply to EY Policy in terms of risk management, finance requirement, legal aspectsTo cooperate with Travel & Event procurement to maintain visibility on KPI’s around travel, update on travel and event, future plan and project implementation (booking tool/event tool)To drive strategic discussion based on cost analysis to be able to propose guideline & travel policy suggestionsTo remain POC for complex travel & event related queries from various EY GDS Poland employeesTo support other Europe West countries with travel knowledge when neededTeam’s coordination/people management related tasks:To supervise the existing team and manage the service delivery needs and operationsBeing team’s SPOC for all process and people related queriesCreating successful working relationship with key stakeholders, serving as SPOC for all queriesCreating solid reporting structure for GDS Poland services (Finance/facilities/leadership)To propose process and service improvement to leverage quality of the support and workflow for usersDaily administrational and process related activitiesLeading team meetings and various projectsSkills and attributes for successExperience in corporate travel & events environmentExceptional customer service skills with a pro-active approach and commitment to qualityStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailReactivity and ability to manage emergency, think out of the box and adapt to last minute changes and business dynamicsUnderstand of business environment by investigating and proposing service and process improvementsTo qualify for the role, you must haveMinimum 2 years relevant work experience as people leaderFluent English skillsFlexibility to attend onsite events when required to support on logisticsExcellent knowledge of corporate travel & events environmentExcellent communication skillsIdeally, you’ll also haveDemonstrable ability to interact with leadership, stakeholders and peersPersonal travel experience and geographic knowledgeInterest on project management and technical/digital affinityKnowledge of any languages (e.g. French/German) will be additional assetWhat we look forWe are interested in hiring a team leader/coordinator experienced in the operational and people management area, who will not only lead a team but will also take full ownership to build and drive the role and whole operational support structure.What we offerEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
