This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role & What You Will Be DoingEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Treasury Analyst – Bank Relations role will make an impact:User management, query resolution and administration of users in various online banking platformsCoordination and precise documentation of bank account openings, closing and modificationsResolving general queries for entities/bank accounts in scopeManagement of bank account mandates for EMEA & NAM entities including coordination of bank account signatory changes and associated bank account documentationLiaise with the local core treasury team and accounting teams resolve GIS treasury related itemsProvide guidance, training and support on treasury related matters to other departments and subsidiariesLiaise with internal and external audit personnelSupport and documentation of KYC processesAssist Sr. Treasury Manager and Treasury Assistant Manager with project work and process improvement initiativesGeneral administrationAbout Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:Bachelor’s degree is a requirement (Finance or Business is preferred)Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in a treasury role within a large multinational essentialProficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is requiredExperience with user management on banking platforms is preferredHighly proficient with ExcelProblem solving and query resolution skillsAbility to multi-task and manage competing deadlinesAbility to recognize further opportunities for process improvementsAt Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
