Job reference number: 018162Applications are invited for a dynamic post-doctoral researcher to work on a project funded by Research Ireland and the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) under the SDG Challenge Grant Number 24/FIP/SDG/13402.
Led by UCD and the University of Limpopo, South Africa, this project Personalised mHealth Maternal Nutritional Education for Equitable Nutritional Access and Improved Maternal and Offspring Health Outcomes in Sub-Saharan Africa (acronym AMEN), aims to promote achieving the targets of SDG 2&3; reducing maternal and child morbidity and mortality due to avoidable nutritional factors, using digital health technology to support to an mHealth intervention, aimed at educating pregnant women on balanced nutrition, emphasizing locally available staple foods, and promoting responsible consumption to reduce both over- and under-nutrition and related adverse maternal and offspring birth outcomes.POST DOC LEVEL 1 Salary Range: €44,847- €51,313 Per Annum Pro Rata @ FTE
Appointment on the above range will be dependent on qualifications and experiencePOST DOC LEVEL 2 Fixed Salary: €52,715 Per Annum Pro Rata @ FTEClosing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on the 27th of January 2025.
