The post holder will be expected to provide a high standard of care, delivering treatments to patients presenting to medical day unit patients whilst managing the Unit and the staff.The successful post holder will also be the manager for the Phlebotomy unit at Trafford and Altrincham Hospital.For further role specific information including clinical and managerial responsibilities please refer to Job descriptionMain duties of the jobUnit Manager Band 737.5 Hours permanent positionApplications are invited for the above post managing the Medical Day Unit at Trafford General Hospital alongside the phlebotomy team.We require an experienced enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated qualified nurse who has an interest in managing a team delivering treatments including chemotherapies.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
