As a key member of the Global IT team, you will play a crucial role in digitalizing our clinical trials. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.You will be part of the Clinical IT Product team with three colleagues based in Copenhagen, Denmark.The team is known for relentlessly delivering to our clinical internal customers and utilizing the latest trends in technology to enable business strategy. The team is fast paced and collaborative.You will report to Jakob Monajemzadeh Thrane, People Leader in Global IT, and to Ivanna Rosendal, Global Head of Digitalization, from a functional point of view. Both are based in HQ in Hellerup, Denmark. You will also be based in HellerupYour key responsibilities will be:

  • Explore user needs both with internal and external users by running facilitated workshops and doing user research.
  • Extract user needs and improvement opportunities from the exploration and communicate these in a way so that the technical teams can implement the needed changes.
  • Communicate with end users and ensure that they are engaged in the development of our SaaS solutions.
  • Contribute to analysis, validation and documentation in the team to support new features being made available to users.

Qualifications and Skills:You hold a relevant academic degree – minimum a bachelor’s degree – and 5+ years of experience from a related role in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related environment.Furthermore, you have:

  • Extensive toolbox in user experience, facilitation and design thinking.
  • Hands-on knowledge of translating user needs to digital and IT in life sciences.
  • Experience in driving the successful delivery of digital products and platforms.
  • A broad understanding of clinical trials.
  • Knowledge or experience with GAMP 5 and GxP.
  • You have been working in an agile team, relentlessly improving your working practices.
