Responsibilities:

-Supervise the day-to-day operations of the validation team, ensuring alignment with company goals
-Oversee resources to ensure effective implementation of team goals and tasks
-Serve as a Quality Resource for new product development and ongoing product improvement initiatives
-Participate in both external and internal audits, including vendor audits
-Lead investigations and implement solutions for assigned Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
-Participate in the disposition process for non-conforming materials as needed
-Plan, execute, and document studies for process capability, validation, and improvement
-Act as a Quality Resource for Change Control Requests and conduct relevant training sessions
-Collaborate with Value Stream Process Engineers to identify and resolve quality issues
-Manage test equipment and measures used by the team
Requirements:

-5-8 years of overall work experience
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering or equivalent field with a Master’s degree, or 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Computer Science (IT), or related field required. Master’s Degree is preferred
-Supervisory experience with excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO, and FDA Regulations
-Familiarity with “Lean” and “Six Sigma Black Belt” methodologies preferred
-Proficient in technical writing with meticulous attention to detail
-Knowledge of ERP Systems preferred
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Access, and Excel)
-Proficiency in both English and Lithuanian languages required
