This role involves consultancy work and practice development.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients.
• Review advice and calculations prepared by staff.
• Liaise with HMRC on queries.
• Provide VAT advisory services to partners, clients, and colleagues.
• Prepare VAT sections of due diligence reports.
• Support BD activities, including attending events and preparing marketing material.

Competencies:

• Professional qualification preferred.
• Relevant VAT and FS sector experience.
• Experience in professional services and dealing with HMRC.
• Advisory work experience required; occasional compliance work.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Behavioral Skills:

• High standard of work and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong client-focused skills, ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to write articles and present at seminars and events.
