In this role, you’ll craft and propel a sales strategy that not only broadens our reach in the international Higher Education market but also solidifies our presence by aligning with the evolving needs of educational institutions and learners alike.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Innovation : Develop a multi-faceted sales strategy that effectively targets and captivates both institutional buyers and end-users, enhancing our global footprint.

Robust Financial Management: Responsible for the attainment of revenue targets and associated margins, steering robust sales growth and nurturing profitability.

Dynamic Sales Direction: Elevate and invigorate a driven sales team to excel in both B2B and DTC markets, championing the achievement of ambitious sales objectives.

In-Depth Forecasting : Deploy your expertise in sales forecasting and operational planning to anticipate shifts in the education landscape and align our goals and tactics accordingly.

Empowering Team Cultivation: Build a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring a team in the art and science of sales, fostering their professional growth, and empowering them to excel.

Trailblazing Digital Shift: Lead the charge in continuing to transition our offerings from print products to innovative digital solutions, keeping both the institutional buyer and learner in mind.
About You:

A seasoned professional boasting successful experience, with a substantial track record in senior sales leadership roles encompassing both B2B and DTC sales within education or a related industry.

A strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or a related field, who translates theory into action.

A confident, articulate leader known for crafting and nurturing high-performance teams and delivering growth.
