How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Specialty Gases is a team of 7 experienced colleagues with different ages and gender. We work between 7:00-16:00 producing different mixtures every day were no day is as the previous one. The laboratory is a team of 3 experienced women with good routines and procedures. We work very close together and enjoy the work as well as the breaks.The goal is to achieve an accreditation for ISO 17025 (Laboratory) & ISO 17034 (Specialty Gases) to provide a better variety of products with shorter leadtimes to our customers in the Nordics. This is important for Air Liquide to achieve profitable growth in the Nordics.You will be the project manager on this way ensuring that we will stay on track, use our resources in the best way and bring the results and stakeholders together to achieve the goal. The main interactions will take place with the specialty gas team and the laboratory as well as the accreditation body but also colleagues and experts in Europe. The project will benefit from the experience of other plants in europe that already have achieved the accrediation.The mission requires very good English communication skills in both verbal and writing with people at various level internally as well as externally.Are you a MATCH?Educational Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, with a specialization in chemistry, physics, mathematics, or similar disciplines.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, open-mindedness, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Highly motivated and committed to achieving project goals.
  • Proficient in uncertainty calculations and preparation of official reports.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Nice to have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven experience in project planning and leadership.
  • Expertise in data evaluation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards.

Language:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish) is advantageous
