- Maintaining and updating information on clients assigned to the manager.
- Working with separate brands and their metrics.
- Outgoing communications (messengers/letters/calls).
- Customizing of personalized bonus offers for customer requests.
Qualifications
- Experience in the same position from 1 year.
- Proven experience with I-Gaming.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Understanding of basic CRM metrics.
- Strong communication skills.
- Multitasking.
- Attention to details.
- Independent decision-making.
