- Module Leader: academic coordinator for a module, curriculum development, assessment design, team leadership
- Seminar Leader: classroom delivery, student support, marking.

- Master’s level degree in any field
- Excellent English language skills (IBS is an English-language institution)
- Strong commitment to student-centred education.

- Teaching experience in higher/adult education or training
- Industry experience is an advantage, especially for practice-oriented modules.
