We support employees in all EU locations by processing HR transaction and answering employees’ queries via MyHR cases and HR Chat. We provide guidance to employees and managers on topics such as: leave of absence, job changes, Workday transactions, resignations, working time and time off. We also take care of employee data maintenance and prepare employment documentation like addendums,
contracts, references, and other employment statements.Our 12-week paid summer internship program is one of the ways we help early talent thrive at Elavon U.S. Bank. ResponsibilitiesSupporting Employee Services Team in the following tasks:

  • Providing administration processing in the areas of job changes, off-boarding, leave of absence and general HR support for Elavon employees across Europe.
  • Specific administration tasks to include but not limited to employment contracts, reference and background checking, all leaves of absence, resignation, and acknowledgement

Basic qualifications:

  • Degree or started studies in Psychology / Sociology / Management or other HR related field.
  • Fluent Polish and English.
  • English CV/Resume
  • Ability to start summer internship 1July 2024
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with and a customer service approach to problem solving.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with personal information, compensation and benefit information
