The company is working towards reducing its environmental footprint through sustainable initiatives and prioritizes the health and safety of its customers above all.We are recruiting for the Innovations R&D department located in the Vosges region.Job description👉 As a water treatment specialist, you design processes, develop P&ID diagrams, evaluate equipment, oversee system startup, and provide training to industrial system operators. You also supervise the design and manufacturing of hygienic treatment equipment and food disinfection.You manage innovative development projects, offering scientific and/or technical advice to group collaborators.👉 Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to plants on water treatment and Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) topics: cleaning of surfaces and equipment.Manage innovation and process/system renovation from conception to development completion.Participate in ensuring quality and food safety across industrial processes by providing technical/scientific advice.Main Missions:Develop an operational knowledge base to standardize technologies in bottled beverages.Utilize internal resources to support group factories.Externally collaborate with suppliers to brainstorm optimizations.Conduct benchmarks on technical choices of key market players and monitor sector best practices.Develop technical expertise in water treatment and collaborate with suppliers to enhance competitiveness.This list is not exhaustive.Profile👉 You have a diploma in chemical engineering or a master in process engineering, and you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D and/or industrial design conception.You have managed projects from beginning to ending while controlling their budget and deadlines.🗨️ You speak a fluent English both written and spoken.2 positions are open for the same role : we are looking for an operational profile and a confirmed academic profile able to write scientific publications.🎯 What the client offers you:Executive status.Attractive salary ranging from €65k to €85k depending on profile.Health and social welfare benefits for the entire family.Mobility and housing assistance of up to €4k.Administrative registration assistance for candidates coming from abroad.Continuous training throughout your career to support your development.An opportunity to join an eco-responsible group that can support your career advancement.And a peaceful living environment in the middle of the Vosges mountains to enjoy natural landscapes and green spaces.
