We’re looking for a great communicator who can inspire policy makers and land managers
to take action for nature and the climate to help us deliver wildlife and wetland conservation
across Worcestershire.

Are you able to communicate confidently to engage and motivate farmers and other landowners to
get involved in on the ground delivery of water and wetland management and creation?

Do you have good strategic planning skills to respond to local and national water focussed
consultations?

Do you have good ecological skills especially for wetland and farmland species and habitats?
Have you got experience of managing contractors?

Do you have experience of working with volunteers?

Worcestershire Wildlife Trust is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic person to help deliver
our wildlife and wetlands work. You will be joining an established team to deliver advisory
visits and support to farmers and land managers interested in benefitting from grant support
for wildlife and wetlands.

This is a fixed term post for 3 years (with potential of extension). We offer life Insurance, a
generous pension scheme, hybrid working, farm office location with free parking, tea, coffee
and kitchen facilities and time off in lieu (TOIL) for overtime worked.
